Shipping policy

We generally ship your orders within two to one week, provided they
are not pre-orders but products that are in stock in our shop.

Delivery and Liability

Products are considered delivered once the carrier indicates the status as "delivered". From that moment, the seller cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the package.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery information provided at the time of ordering is accurate.

Delivery Address

The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided when placing the order.

In the event of an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address resulting in a failed delivery, reshipping costs will be entirely at the customer’s expense.

No refund can be guaranteed if the package is lost due to an incorrect address.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not claimed by the customer within the required timeframe (pickup point, post office, etc.) and is returned to the sender, the seller reserves the right to:

  • issue a partial refund
  • deduct return shipping, storage, and handling fees

Reshipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the destination, logistics conditions, or external factors (customs, high demand, exceptional periods).

No refund may be claimed for delays that are beyond the seller’s control.

Force Majeure

The seller shall not be held liable for failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to force majeure.

Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: natural disasters, fires, strikes, pandemics, armed conflicts, disruptions to transportation or supply networks, or any other unforeseeable circumstances beyond the seller’s control.

Limitation of Liability

The seller shall not be held liable for any indirect damages resulting from the purchase of products.

The seller’s liability is limited to the total amount of the order.

The seller cannot be held responsible for improper use of the product by the customer.

Product Compliance

Products are presented with the greatest possible accuracy.

However, images, descriptions, and specifications may show slight differences (colors, dimensions, finishes), particularly due to display settings or manufacturing variations.

Such differences shall not be considered as defects or non-compliance.

Proof and Acceptance

Electronic records, order confirmations, email communications, and delivery tracking data shall constitute valid proof of transactions between the seller and the customer.

These elements may be used in the event of a dispute or payment claim.
